Nor does the Hall have any disclosed mechanism for such an action.

Not to say that it could never happen someday, but right now it has not, and there's no known consideration for doing it.

No, no and no. Just as a point of information, there is no MLB Hall of Fame. There is the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, but there are not affiliated with MLB in any way.

Otis Clyde in 1947. He was inducted in 1946 and it wasn't discovered until a year later that he was just a bat boy. They obviously didn't have the media coverage back then.

no its a fact once someone is on that wall they cant be taken off not unless someone blows it up but other than that there is no way
