I wanted to be a good tenant so I rented one of those carpet cleaning machines from the grocery store to clean the carpet in my apartment. Well ,that damn thing ruined the light beige carpet in the dinning room, the living room and the hall way. I had to dish out $1900.00 to replace the carpet. I can't say the carpet was broke but, I sure was.

No thank goodness. I also watch my kids closely to make sure they don't break anything and they know if they do it's coming out of their bank account!

I broke somepne's heart once and they stalked me for a year. It cost a bundle to get a restraining order and new locks.
