I currently not at work due to a bad reaction to some new medication that I started on Tuesday. I am feeling better but not quite well enough to go back to work. What about you?

Ive just had a huge pepperoni pizza for my lunch! Hmmmm It was yummy but now I cant move lol. Think ill just sit here and read the paper/surf the net for the rest of the day :-)

I'm home today too! My 13 year old is having a craniotomy (brain surgery) on the 30th (next Monday) so I have this week off to get ready for his surgery and to spend some time with him and my other 3 kids (in case things don't go well). His surgery is 4-5 hours, then he'll be in the ICU for 1-2 days, and in recovery in the pediatric ward for 5-6 days, then if everything goes well he'll be able to come home for recovery which will take 6-8 weeks. Then I'll be able to go back to work.

No, I'm not in work either. I am recovering from surgery I had in May, should be back at work the beginning of September though. I thought I'd get a nice summer of hot days to recover but instead I've been stuck in nearly every day cause of the rain.

Every single person who spunges off the government!
Do you find that when you book a day off work and go shopping or out ... it's crowded, don't people work anymore?
The streets are as crowded as the trains are in the morning.
Unfortunately I am at work at the moment (on a lunch break!) and am counting down the hours till home time ... roll on 5pm! Get better soon! :-)

Ive been off all week, someone threw an egg at me on sunday from a speeding car, it hit me right in the eye, itl cost me about £500 being off, yet the police can do nothing cos i didnt get their plate no.
