I don't know Blue Ridge....We can only hope. I feel somewhat vindicated though, for the last ten years of ribbing I've taken....

Hey Rajin, instead, why don't we get rid of those programs that we have learned to love, however painful for some that may be and return the Gov't to it's proper status and responsibilities.......

This is very exciting!
What a GREAT way to start my morning. You think we'll see a domino effect???
******************************
EDIT: Damn, really? Ten years of ribbing? Hey, I only just found out about "no legal basis for taxing INCOME" a couple of months ago after I saw Aaron Russo's film, "AMERICA - FREEDOM TO FASCISM."
Frankly, what I found out about the Federal Reserve scared the bejeezus out of me. And REALLY pissed me off. How many other Americans are aware that the Federal Reserve has NOTHING to do with the government? It's the same thing as "Federal Express" using the word "federal."
Shoot, I didn't know that. And that the Federal Reserve is CHARGING us fees and interest? For PRINTING AMERICAN MONEY?
Sorry, that is just insane.
Hey, I clicked on that "sign up" thing, the pledge is rather brazen. To declare that you will "no longer be a peasant?"
This guy has balls. It's about time SOMEBODY grew some.
***********************
TO RAJINCAJIN: I have absolutely, positively NO problem paying taxes.
JUST NOT ON MY WAGES.

I hate to burst your bubble, but there is one important flaw to this story. It says "The jury in U.S. District Court in Louisiana voted 12-0 to find Cryer, of Shreveport, not guilty of failure to file income taxes for two years. He had been indicted in 2006 on charges of failing to pay $73,000 to the IRS in 2000 and 2001"
What the story doesn't say is why. Why did the jury find him not guilty? Was it because the jury believed that the IRS has not legal basis for taxation? Or was it because the gov't failed to prove it's case against him that he owed the money under current tax code? Or was it because the jury just decided Tom Cryer was being persecuted unjustly.
Don't you think it odd that such a respected news organization as Worldnet Daily would forget to include such a vital detail? No quotes from the jurors about how Tom proved his case that there was no legal right for the gov't to tax him?
I'll hold off calling you a nut for right now, but this story proves nothing. You are probably still completely wrong.

You arent the only one with the ribbing - havent paid taxes since 2001 - everyone is waiting for me to go to jail
since the IRS started sending me bills - I send them one in return - I think the last one I sent was for them to pay me something lke $29,000,000
glad to see someone who knows what is going on actually wins a case - thank you Larry - will be looking for more info from larry on the lawman group soon - i hope
Glad to see you recognize the truth for what it is - now that you know it - what are you going to do about it for yourself??
I have been telling people fo ryears that there is nothing fair about taxes and to live as freemen we are supposed to have control of everything that is ours - including our money - i have shown them the law and still they refuse to help themselves - i just dont get it
I have been handing out the movie - freedom to facism - like crazy
I even handed out a bunch of larken roses info a few years back www.theft-by-deception.com
I go protest at the post offices too on april 15th
Maybe I should just protest outside the IRS offices - then they will notice me for sure - LOL
You should check out We The People group - they have been doing a lot for the movement as well www.givemeliberty.org

A good first step. The points he won were rather narrow, but telling none the less.
It will be interesting upon appeal.
There have been hundreds of these type of cases won since 1913, yet none has stuck.
It will be interesting to see how he proceeds.
I did like the fact he told the truth about folks wanting "Government to run our lives"....

Man I am hoping beyond hope that this will be the beginning of the end of the criminal IRS.
Just recently we had to pay $9,000 in capital gains taxes on the sale of a condo.
I don't mind paying FAIR TAXES within reason, but that was way beyond fair, it was criminal.
Just what did the government do in the sale of that condo that gave them the right to take $9,000 from us.
Absolutely NOTHING!
In other scenarios that would be called stealing and would be prosecutable.
Add
Cheryl???????????
I know it is about taxes on our wages, but capital gains taxes needs to be addressed as well. As well as the "death tax".
We already pay taxes on our mortgages as well as property taxes. Are not those property taxes based on the "value" of said property? So in essence, you have already been paying the taxes on your increased property value, yet you are taxed again at the sale? Moronic!
The death tax is even worse! Tax a dead persons property that has already been paid over the years just because an estate is being handed down to other family members?
That is what is called taxing your taxes.
And you give me a thumbs down? Do you not have any vision? Just for that, you get a thumbs down from me.
Nyaaaa nyaaaaa, LOL!
