Why is the sun rise confined to the East?That's for identification or classification.In terms of limitation,the seasons in India are such but we have scattered rains during winters as well as summers.

No,there are rains in Non-monsoon months as well.In North , there are some rains in Feb/March and in South,there are some rains in Nov/Dec also .
