Miki Dear, unless someone has created a breast fertilizer, then you are in the wrong place for this is garden & landscape. However, as a female I can tell you that there isn't anything that can make breasts grow bigger. I don't know how old you are, but if you are young you may still have some growing to do so just be patient. If you are 20 or so then you will either have to accept yourself at the size you are or see a plastic surgeon. Good luck

Can't resist answering this one....
1. give them enough sunlight, daytime exposure is a must.
2. water regularly, they enjoy a light sprinkle every day.
3. give them extra support to enhance actual size.
4. If all else fails, talk to them. Kind words might perk them up and promote rapid growth.

I would rub toilet paper between the breasts. It's done miracles on my wife's buttocks !!!
