Ai Habara is also on the run from The Black Organization. Conan helped out her sister (though her sister was eventually killed) in a case right before 2-hour special #129 where Ai Haibara shows up at Conan's school.
Ai Haibara's codename in The Black Organization was "Sherry," and when she was slated to be killed, she took the same drug that Conan was given, and was herself shrunk to a child. (She's the creator of the drug.)

Ai Haibara is the inventor of the poison Conan took, shes on the run from the Black Organization so she took the poison, she first appears in episode 129, in episode 128 conan helps Ai's sister so if you want to watch it is best to watch them one after another

I think she got drugged by the same drug... and she made that drug or something like that.
