We need to just divide the velocity of light with those frequency ranges.

3 x 10^8 m/s is the velocity of light in air/ vacuum (almost same).

3 x 10^8 / 5.4 x 10^5 = 0.5555 x 10^3 or 555.5 m

Similarly for others but the frequency range for FM is not Hz but Giga Hertz. So, the wavelengths will be very small.

The formula for converting frequency to wavelength is f=1/T. Where T is wavelength and f is frequency. The results are reported in metric units (meters).
