Why don't Italian men's dress shirts have the breast pockets on the right side? Or, any pockets at all?

Some have a pocket on the right, some on the left, some two pockets, some no pocket at all. There isn't a rule.
I'm talking about Italian shirts made in Italy, perhaps where you live they have different ideas...

It is the style that they advocate.
