In my opinion, it is Subroto Roy , the owner of the Sahara India Group. He is the only bengali who can be compared to the likes of Tatas,Birlas,etc...
Other than him , I can think of Purnendu Chatterjee of the TCG Group who co-founded the Haldia Petrochemicals.

Richest man from Bengal is Mr. LN Mittal.
By his he may not be a Bengali as his forefathers are from Rajasthan. However Mr. Lakhshmi Narayan Mittal is braught up in Kolkata. So I think we can call him Bengali.
There is no other Bengali name in top 100 richest person's list.
