yes, ( IN NJ) there is one, he lives upstairs from us, everyone tries to stay away from him since he has a bad temper & yells @ every little thing
I had to call the cops on him once since he was yelling @ me & cursing me out infront of my
8 yr. old son, he has NOT bothered me since & to think it was because I called about the 10 boxes
he had piled up outside his front door & no one
could get by w/ out having to squeeze by !

I have really bad people in my neighborhood, and the thing is they tend to be very violent; in my neighborhood my family and I duck down alot and warn each other to duck, because we have a bullet stuck in the wall at the front of the apartment, and at the back of the apartment there are two bullet holes. Sometime! not too long some months ago, I saw bullet shells, this is because there is a big problem in the neighborhood with gun-men and their women, most of the neighborhood is infested with this form of evil where I live.
