Space, then Mass, then Time. Time is a way to measure entropy within a system, so without Space or Mass, then it can't and doesn't exist.

Additional: Some people need to study and understand theoretical physics, it seems. Simply explained, Space needs to exist for there to be Mass, as there needs to be area for Mass to exist. Space and Mass can exist without Time as long as there is no change of Mass (no entropy). Mass can move within a system, but unless the Mass itself changes then Time still doesn't exist, because entropy still doesn't exist. With entropy comes duration.

Time isn't a thing, it is a measurement. Without something to measure, it doesn't exist.

Eternity can be either time unending, or it can be the absence of time uninterrupted.

In my layman's understanding, time and space must have been created simultaneously. Obviously logic says that before creation of space, there was nothing. A change happened when space was first created... and change can only happen in the time dimension... time is defined by change.... change is a point in time before which there was something else and after which the changed thing came about. I also feel that expansion of space itself (even if there is no mass) is a movement and a change and it can happen only by consuming time dimension. Presence of moving mass just makes it possible for us to measure time, it does not define time... time is defined by change and change can happen without any presence of mass.
Perhaps it was the Big Bang which simultaneously created both space and time before which all the mass and energy must have been compressed into a zero dimensional space and time. The moment time and space acquired dimension, mass and energy began to occupy them through movement that required both space and time. In my limited understanding, this seems to be the best imaginable scenario.

Time and Space are nothing more than ideas created by humans to give reason to what has no reason. Time and Space only exist because we exist and gave them a name and meaning.

I'm not bashing the scientific community in anyway, I love science and all we have "learned" from it. All I'm saying is, when you step back and really think about it. All that we know and claim to know, is all really nothing, if not for the meaning or reason we created for it.

The previous answerer has it right but doesn't seem to wish to explain.

So, the nature of Time is such that you need movement. To have movement, you must have "something" going through "somewhere." So, you need "something"--mass--and "somewhere"--space. However, you need at least two masses because if one mass was moving in (ideal) space, there would be no way to judge its movement. So, you need space first--any emptiness will work, then, you need, at least two masses. To get Time, then, you simply need to put at least one of the masses in motion. So, the order is Space, Mass (times 2 at least), Motion, which then creates Time.

With the first thought of God 'time' began, and then God ordred the Chaos, so it would seem that 'time' came first and then 'space' as we understand it.

Its got to be Time first. What could have existed before time? Was there a Time before Time, when no Time existed? Impossible. Time has always been, for without the existance of Time, nothing else would be either. In Time everything else could have been "created"/formed, whatever, but topdo so needed TIME! So, I'd opt for TIME! - all the Time; any TIME!

God created space. God is eternal, and has no need for time. there is no concept of time in eternity. He has already done what He is planning to do, and He's doing it as we speak.

man created time.

time and space are held in constant balance. If there were no time, space could not exist. likewise, if all matter in space suddenly disappeared, there would be no way of judging time. Thus, you cannot have one without the other.

Time and space are in fact the very same thing, a point which is rather confronting even for physicists such as myself.
