which chicken wing tastes better?

I prefer whichever is that particular chickens dominant wing... it will be slightly bigger.
Ok.. you got me. On birds they are identical or the poor thing would fly a holding pattern (circle). hehe

Not a wing man, myself. Too many bones for the meat you get. I like the legs. You gotta love food that comes with it's own handle.

try duck. chicken wings are white meat cuz the muscle is less used cuz they dont fly. ducks fly so the muscle gets better blood flow and is dark meat.. duck is much better. wait... was this sarcastic : o
