HI I GOT MY PERMIT TODAY, AND MY DAD REFUSES TO PAY FOR DRIVING SCHOOL I NEED TO KNOW HOW MUCH ITLL COST ME TO GO THERE, BTW IM 17 AND 8 MONTHS MY DAD WOULDNT TAKLE ME WHEN I WAS 16 EVEN THOUGH I GOT A 94 ON MY TEST. ALSO I LOOKED IN THE YELLOW PAGES AND I COULDNT FIND any driving schools would it be listed as something else help lol. i live in monmouth county nj btw

Check your state DMV website. They should have a list of driving school. I think it's about $35 a lesson. Most people only need 2-5 lessons.

Well, bigman, I have a son who is 17, and we live in TX. My son has not been allowed to even get a learner's permit. In TX if your child has a learner's permit, you have to add him to your insurance coverage. Let's just say, it would at least double our bill. When he has a job and can pay his own insurance, we will be happy to help him get his driver's license. But...that doesn't mean he can drive our cars!

Hmm. Well my school offered driving classes. It was around $400 for both lecture and drivers ed.
