Let's not forget what some 14 year old girls look like these days.

17 is not illegal.

It's up to the parents to monitor this kind of behavior with their daughter at 14.

To be naive and think this isn't going on nowadays is ridiculous. This is an example of lack of parenting skills and interest in the well being of their children.

Hopefully (and I say hopefully) the 17 year old will get a clue before he turns 18.

Legally, no, the 17 year old could be convicted if discovered and the charges would depend on the activities he perpetrated against the 14 year old minor.

Well he isn't 18 so i think its legal... But I don't think they should be doing that, he should find someone a little older and she shouldn't be sexually active yet, but everyone has their own believe
