The most striking feature would be that you will have grown about 2 inches taller. But the bad news is that because your body has not been subject to gravity, your bones will be very brittle!. And because your in a spaceship, orbiting the solar system, you would be a month or two, younger than you should be on Earth.

I suppose that you are asking only about the gravity effects, The pressure, radiation, temperature inside the space craft usually is the necessary to be safe.
As some answer said, your bones can become very brittle !
You can live in the space many years, if your space station simulates the Earth environment. A rotating space station gives you the gravity. The psychological effects would be like to be in a jail. But if you are with many astronauts, and have a family there, probably the psychological trouble disappear.
If we want to explore Mars, we need about 20 months for the round trip. To go to another star, is a very different thing... Almost impossible.

It depends on the kind of ship, and the company on board.
If it's anything like Queen Mary 2, or like anything like that of Caribbean cruises, with goddesses for crew, then I guess you would come home after 5 years a very happy man. And younger than us by 5 years or so.
If the ship is anything like the rudimentary space stations, with toothpase lunch, I don't think you'll come back at all.

It could be boring ,just like being marroned in a jail. And if your space ship is in the solar system you might be able to fry due the the solar wind radiation.
And of course you have to obey the speed limits of space.
Do not speed with the spaceship at a velocity greater than the speed of light.Other wise your mass may exceed the mass of the Universe, because according to Einstein ,mass increases with velocity.=Very dangerous.
Aside from these after effects you may Enjoy the Space scenery. There are very interesting Galaxies out there.

I'm unsure if that's even ever been tried !?! Unless they can put that much weight on`board a ship that's left or leaving Earth !?!.. even though the ?meals? are in mostly TUBES!?! .. Now I wonder can a few years supply of those tubes or containers of food would have all the room for months & months of food that may be needed!?!. & I wonder if the USE IT OR LOSE IT rule applys to TEETH in space !?! H.`a'h'`a' h'a`, `'R"r`r,r...

You die..hahahahahahahaha,Just kidding.Actually I like to see what the others are going to say. There isn't air in space so if you're not in a ship and wear a space suit, then you'll die. You'll also need food.it's better to be on an abandoned island than dumped in space.

regarding with the premise you gave, I assumed that all necessities were present. As long as the pressure and gravity are controlled to your comfort, and cosmic radiation will be block for your protection, then obviously it will be as if your living the same way as you here in earth surface. ( just bring a friend, and important things that keep you not bored)

There are long term health issues with living in space; the lack of gravity weakens your bones. Such a long time in micro or zero gravity could cause bone problems.
