No.
Paper glue is not compatible with rubber.
Adding breakfast does not make it stronger.

Hmmm... dubious at best. Most rubber products sold these days are synthetic, and using a food product that will rot, mold, etc will degrade the rubber causing premature failure.
Buy a bottle of Slime sealant if flats are a concern, rotting food product weaking and degrading the rubber inside a motorcycle tube, the heat of freeway driving... the recipe spells the contents of your stomach being spilled all over the road, along with the rest of you.

No, what you would end up wit, is a big clob that throws of the balance of the tire causing it to wobble or be out of balance. even professional sealant like "slime" comes with a warning not to use in motorcycle tires for the same reason. In tubeless motorcycle tires, it will also cause the inside of the rim to anodize or rust badly. It's better to run tubeless tires on billit wheels, that way you can use a plug patch kit to seal a leak to get yourself to a tire store to get if fixed right. Obviously, you cannot run tubless tires on a wheel that has spokes.

In the tube? Where does one find a tire these days that isn't tubeless?
As to making it yourself, I suppose you could, but why reinvent the wheel? Commercial brands are readily available. Any food product inside a tire with air exposure would eventually rot and be odorous at the very least.

Quit believing your friends.....And don't drink or do drugs when your working on your motorcycle....These crazy recipes do not work, Tires and tubes have been around longer than all of us....Believe me, someone would have thought of it a long time ago, It didn't work then and it will not work now.....And one other thing...Have you ever smelled eggs and rice when it's rotten, what do you think it's going to do inside that tube.

For the cost of a new tube and the safety concern if you fix fails you on the road, I highly recommend buying a new tube. You never want to repair a tire or tube on a motorcycle. You only have 2 tires on the vehicle and it really sucks if you lose one going down the road. Please, for your safety, buy a new tube.
