Alright...so Im 13 and I want to use a tampon and I've tried different sizes...and everything
It only goes in half way
and I was wondering...I'm guessing its because of my hymen? correct me if Im wrong
also, I dont do sports or anything and I want it to break as soon as possible without having sex
I just want it to be pain free
AND BURNING FREE
I'd really appreciate help and tips

So mkayy.
They have a special kind of tampon for teenagers who aren't used to using them. I think they're Playtex.
Once you get the hang of tampons you can switch. I started on 'Playtex teen lites', [it might have been Tampax, I don't remember. Just go to the store, and search for 'teen lite' tampons.] and now I use Tampax Pearl Plastic.
Also.
Sometimes your kinda dry down there, despite your period. So you sometimes have to force it up there.
Half way?
Do you mean it sticks half way OUT of you? Take the tampon by the thumb grip [which is should have], and insert your fingers slightly in yourself. [SLIGHTLY]. Then insert the tampon. If needed take your finger and push it up there more. Remember to wash your hands!
And what are you talking about you want to 'break'?
Hun-don't use tampons if your not on your period.
If your talking loosening yoursef for sex, then first of all. Your too young. But if you still want to prepare, then mastrubate.

I would recommend talking to your mom about this issue as well and also your doctor when you go in for your next check up to see what they suggest.
The tampon I found helpful to me when I started wearing then when I was after 18 years old was Ob. The thing I liked about it is that I didn't have to worry about an applicator.

Your still going to feel pain when you have sex the first time, whether you have your hymen or not, you will feel some pain. Get some tampax pearl, with the plastic applicator, and it should go in. Sometimes you just have to force it.

Maybe you are inserting it incorrectly?

But hmm...It maybe your hymen.
A friend of mine had hers broken halfway, and it hurt way bad when she would stick a tampon in it. She had to get her hymen removed, and after she did she was fine. Idk if thats it, though, you should just get it checked out by a doctor if how you were inserting it isn't the problem.

they make tampons for teens that are not as large as a regular tampon for this reason.. try the OB brand or look for slender on the package.

I hate not having an applicator.
Force it. Yeah, it might hurt but it's only for a sec. you will bleed, and then it will over with.
