The other day, I took my kids to the skating rink. A little girl about 6 or 7 fell in the middle of the rink and was laying on the floor crying.. (she fell pretty hard) Most people just kept going, but 2 girls probably early teens, stopped and helped her up and made sure she was ok. I don't even know these kids, but I was impressed by thier concern while all of their peers were just passing the little girl by!

I have suffered from bad headaches for years now, and in the past 2 months I have discovered a Traditional Chinese Medicine that has basically cured me, kind of expensive though but worth it.
The pills are called Xinhuang Pian.
I also take Xia Yao Wan ( the happy wanderer ) the herbal chinese Prozac, and they have changed my life.

Just had a couple of days in Newcastle upon Tyne and the Sage Music Centre building looks fantastic.
I'd heard about it, seen it the odd time on the news but to see it glittering in the sun was just amazing.

the Boomerang channel on Sky TV have started showing all the original episodes of Fraggle Rock !

The fact that my 8 yr old Niece has finally accepted her Father as the drunk he is,and knowing her life can be for the better without him in it..Hopefully her twin will have the same realization soon as well..

seeing a childish moment my parents had .. they were like a couple of 5 year old kids ... teasing each other, and laughing together ... they've been married over 30 years, and in a relationship for almost 40 years, and they still have those playful moments ... it gives me hope
