ya i heard when u masturbate and dont let the sperms come out they will be stuck somewhere in the penis and that can give problems so i was wondering if a person dreams about sex and gets sperms out at night,he would not get them totally out so can he get problems.i no that this could be a wrong question so correct me if it is.

Thats why pissing is advised when you get any kind of ejaculation. If you were dreaming and you got ejaculated then go piss off and it will be alright.

Absurd propositions.
Ejaculation takes place from the prostate gland and there r no valves on the way. Even if u do not ejaculate and some sperms r in the urinary passage the same get cleared by flow of urine.

not to worry about masturbation. When you release sperm it will come out whether it is shoots or dribbles. There usually is some that remains in the shaft, and will wash out when you pee.

Not true. The sperm does not cause you problems if you have an erection without coming.
