The only reason anyone might laugh at that scene, male or female, is because after the guy whacks him the first time in privates, the "Bond" charachter askes him to do it again because he has an itch that needs scratched and gives out a tortured laugh each time. Anyone who would laugh at that scene is either seriously sick or is so uncomfortable with it that the laughter is a nervous one to try to hide their horror and disgust without seeming "wimpy".
Is a known psychological fact that shy people, or people uncomfortable with subject matter will many times teeter with laughter at situations that horrify them as their brain does not know how to comprehend and process the information and the laughter is a release mechanism to release them from the stress of a situation.

this is completely diffferent from pregnancy. It's not the same as a guy laughing at the pain a woman gos through during childbirth. Yes that could be the reason, but mainly it was because they were hitting his balls. It is nothing like pregnancy. This torture was a male part. Anyways, I don't think it was funny. All in all, it was a movie. If you thought it was funny and know that i's fake anyways, then laugh. There's no need to think that it's actually happening.

There are different kinds of laughs just like there are differnet kinds of crying. You can cry tears of sorrow becuase someone dies. You cry tears of joy when your child is born.
You laugh at funny jokes a different way you watch something like that. It's a kind of laughter that is hard to explain. Almost like they know it hurts and it is sick that he is doing that to him. Don't know how much sense that makes :P

look its funny cause he getting his nuts wacked
and he goes over over
then he hits him there and he gors thats the spot
any way in short his nuts were itchy and he wanted them scratched
