Felony charges, absolutely.
Locally, a man that has been in AZ for 15 years but wanted for a warrant for murder in my home state was pulled over for a traffic violation and has been extradited.

yep. soon as you get stopped for doing something dumb, they will run a wants and warrants on you and you go back. need to take care of this or look over your shoulder the rest of your life. and flight is a felony itself.
