The same as River Phoenix - dropping dead in front of a night club from overdosing except that her death will wind up on YouTube thanks to the cell phone video footage.
Lindsay uses her drug and alcohol addictions to cover up mental illness - not sure if she's bipolar or schizophrenic because she was clearly paranoid enough to fire her assistant and give chase to a SUV. Dr. Phil's soft "talk therapy" will not help Lindsay - she needs solid rehab to clean out the drugs and alcohol. Once the substance abuse is under control, Lindsey needs Haldol or some mood stabilizer at the earliest opportunity in order for her to regain insight and admit that something is wrong with a person who's willing to throw away a budding singing and acting career. Both of Lindsay's parents are clearly unstable people and Lindsay got the short end of the stick.
If Lindsay commits one more felony, she would become eligible for 25 years to life under CA's 3 strikes program. I'm sure Arnold or the president would commute her sentence if she ever reached that point. She's looking at 8 years in prison but will likely receive a suspended sentence as long as her attorneys don't go OJ and prove that other people drove the car of provided Lindsey with Cocaine.

The judge will decide
a normal person on probation that gets busted with felony posession, and less than 2 years of a second offence. could get 3 years in prison.

Not a chance...she will do some jail time.
In California, a second w/in 7 years of the first are dealt with more harshly, with a MINIMUM of ten days jail time and fines up to $10,000 and she could be losing her her driver's license for up to 3 years.

She'll probably get what most drunk drivers get, a slap on the wrist until they kill someone. Spending 30-90 days in jail for a DUI is nothing compared to what they really deserve.

Well personally I was hoping that Paris, Lindsey and Nichole would all get locked up and they would conveniently lose the key...
