5th element ,I though she was completely nude, and Bruce Willis was a cab driver trying to out run the cops, that were out to take his drivers license for to many traffic violations. So I must be thinking of the wrong movie.

fifth element? not sure if that scene is in that movie I just remember Milla Jovovich played a red-haired woman with a foreign accent running away from some evil guys and Bruce Willis was protecting her and fell in love with her, I slightly remember her being in her underwear at some point as well.
