Ok..any theories who's daughter that is that Teddy is "Snogging"? It's clearly a Weasley girl, but it's not made clear who's. Though, if I had to take a guess....I'm thinking Bill and Fleur are Victoire's parents...French-ish name, plus Bill and Fleur are the only ones reasonably far enough into a relationship to have had a child that's a reasonable age for Teddy. If anyone else has a theory though....shoot

With the French name, Bill's & Fleur's is far most likely, but there's no definite proof. George, Percy and Charlie may well have married too by that point, although only Percy had a relationship (with Penelope Clearwater -she did survive I think). There's no rule saying other people can't give anyone a French name and who knows who those other two may've met through Fleur's family?

Well we can eliminate Ginny as that would then make Victoire James, Albus, and Lily's sister rather than their cousin. Fred can be eliminated since he's dead. Rose seems to be Ron and Hermione's oldest, and theres also no mention of Ron getting protective about Ted making out with Victoire. So that eliminates him. That only leaves four, Bill, Charlie, Percy, and George. Bill seems the most likely as he's one of only three Weasley kids we know to be married nineteen years after Voldemort's defeat.
So Bill and Fleur seem most likely to be her parents.

I am assuming also that Victoire is Bill and Fleur's child, due to the french sounding name.

I think that the name was french. So I would assume that it was Bill and Fleurs daughter. You are totally right in thinking this.
