We know that Fred died but what about George in epilogue?

The only Weasleys mentioned, or appearing, in the epilogue are Arthur, Percy, Ron, Hermione, Ginny, Rose, Hugo, and Victoire. We know Arthur, Percy, Ron, and Ginny were Weasleys at the start of the series, though Arthur is only mentioned by Ron as Rose not wanting to upset her grandfather and Percy Harry hears but doesn't actually see. Hermione and Ron are married, so she's a Weasley in the epilogue. Rose and Hugo are Ron and Hermione's kids, easy enough there. Though they are Arthur and Molly's grand-children, I don't list James, Albus, and Lily as Weasley's since Ginny is technically now Ginny Potter and their all three her and Harry's kids. But I do list Ginny as despite her married name being Potter, she's still a Weasley by birth. And as Harry is an only child, that makes it pretty easy for Victoire to be a Weasley since it's James who is telling his aunt, uncle, and parents that he saw Ted Lupin making out with their (the kids) cousin. Though like Arthur, Victoire is just mentioned, she neither appears nor is heard.

We hear nothing of the Weasley Family in the Epilogue, just Harry, Ginny, Ron, Hermione and Malfoy and Neville

Except for what happens to Harry & Ginny, Ron & Hermione, and Draco -- we don't really get any explanation in the Epilogue except that they all get married and have kids. For some, Jo left a lot of unanswered questions for everyone who wanted to know what had happened to other characters (such as their occupation, what had happened to Hogwarts, the headmaster, etc.) But it is said that JKRowling will be doing a Harry Potter encyclopedia that will probably give us all of this information. So don't fret! We'll just have to wait awhile before we find out what happens to George and the others!

I don't think he was, the epilogue was centered around Harry & Ginny, Ron & Hermione, Ted - Lupin's kid and the other kids....
Ron mentioned his father...
I was kind of wondering what George would do, well in any case maybe he kept on making the gag-magical stuff

No, but JK Rowling just announced that there will be a Harry Potter encyclopedia that she'll write that will give back details of character's lives and also more to the epilogue of the characters. Unfortunately she said, not to look for it soon, she's not writing it soon. (It was on the Today show. look there for the transcript of her interview.)

I guess we have to wait. Too bad, I wanted to know how George took his twin's death. Sad, really!
