and this has what to do with taxes? Please post in the appropriate area of yahoo answers. But to answer your question, it doesn't necessarily mean that he has a crush on you, but he at least wants to know you better, and hopes that the feeling is mutual.

If i guy tosses you his number it's b/c he's intrested. A crush is a bit more of a powerful word compared to intrested. Jsut relax and give him a call if you want. If your not intrested be honest while being nice and let them know if they inquire again.
"Hey ____, I'm flattered that you gave me your number but i'm not looking for anyone right now"
or "Thank you so much for giving me your number. It's really sweet but I like someone else right now."
By being honest and nice you 1) avoid being jerk, 2) have let them know your not intrested, 3) have not crushed the guy so that he afraid of aproachng the next person they like. Eveyone deserves the courage to try and meet someone. Don't try to take that away from them after all they are only complimenting you by approaching you in the first place.
Lord knows it's difficult enough to approach someone if you really like them. No reason to make them regret it.

um... not all the time. depends on what the guy is going through. he might just like talking to you and think you are a good friend, he might like hanging out with you and wants your number for future hangouts! he might have a crush on you or just might want to get to know you better. he obvious likes you in some way or another just might not be in the way of a crush.

I try to treat all equal, men and women. I do taxes for a living and hand out my card to everybody I meet. I realize that men are lesser creatures than women, though,as I have been raised by six daughters; who took the patience to correct my thoughts about the weaker? sex and other myths.

He really just wants to brag to all his friends that a hottie actually called him on his new RazrV3. So yeah it's probably safe to say a crush is stirring.

Usually.. it depends on the situation if you just met the guy... there is a strong chance that he does like you.. But its up to you to determine that.. Also it depends on what type of phone number it is..
