Zone-blocking vs. Man-blocking?

Currently, which teams use which and which method is better?

Most teams use both styles, depending on the play that's run. Teams with more agile guards and tackles are more likely to use zone more often, such as Minnesota. I believe Indianapolis uses primarily man-blocking, but since most of their offense its pass sometimes its hard to tell. It also depends on the defensive matchup for any given week.

Most teams use both, but the best running teams without a huge star at running back use the zone block when they run, like Denver and Atlanta. The most potent passing offenses use a primarily man block scheme when they pass, like Indy and New Orleans...
