iv heard this but im not sure if its true so ..if u wear no bra will ur breast get bigger if u are just starting to develope them??? or wil it not make a differenc at all???

No difference, unless you do something weird like bind them, but that would probably screw up your bodies natural growth.

No it won't affect your breast size I used to sleep in a bra all the time when they first starting growing and now i don't sleep in one because they're bigger. It just a matter of comfort. The size your breast depends on how big breast are on females in your family. Also if you very very physically active at a young age your breast will be smaller because there will be less fat in them. That's why you don't see many female athletes with breast. Unfortunately when I work out I lose the fat in my breast a little, so my cup size varies from a B to C this doesn't happen to all women though. Don't think bigger is better though, my mom has 38DDD and has bad back problems because of them. I'm glad I got the asian side more!

well i wear a bra to sleep a lot just because it is more comfy for me but my friend didn't and is now a High B. Although her mom has a big bust so maybe it's just from that I personally believe that your breasts get saggy quicker without a bra sooooo i guess it all comes down to what you want to believe lol

I don't think it really makes a difference - but I know NOT wearing a bra will make your breast saggy...but I don't know if that counts for when you sleep.

If you don't wear a bra they will sag.
Bras at night will not decrease breast size.
