The existing visit visa issued for you is initially valid for 60 days. So your new employer cannot able to apply a new visa for you. The immigration dept will be refused your application. If you can able to convince the person who has provided you the visa to cancel it then it will be worked out.

All the best.

You will have to have Visit Visa 1 cancelled before applying for Visit Visa 2. The issuing department will have your passport details on file, and during a new application, it will be thrown up that you have an open unused visit visa. Better either cancel your first visa, or wait for it to expire in 15 days and then apply again.

Your new employer will not be able to obtain a new visit visa for you because you have been issued a visit visa which is valid for 60 days.

UAE cannot issue more than one visit visa at the same time
