...you're talking about one of my favorite creepy and chilling horror movie anthologies, called "Black Sabbath", an Italian-made atmospheric chiller from 1963.

...a long-dead Russian Cossack, having become a vampire, is cursed to feed only on his beloved family....a hooker is plagued by the haunting, tormenting and vengeful phone calls from a deceased client....and finally, the story you described, called "A Drop of Water" (...hence, the dripping faucet reference), involves a dead psychic medium, who quite literally scares the living hell out of a young caretaker, when she greedily steals a ring off the finger of the medium.

...all tales seeming vengeance-driven,and all very chill-to-the-bone scary...
