What would you rather go through, if given the choice? Phyical pain, or emotional pain?

Physical pain is often temporary but emotional pain hurts deeper and last longer. Give me physical pain.

Good question. If given the choice? I'd rather go through physical pain.

I believe emotional pain leaves more damaging and unseen scars than physical pain, because it involves memories, trauma and psychological experiences which would be difficult to forget in the near and distant future, and which affect the mental well-being of the person.

Physical pain on the other hand, which are caused by injury/accidents, are only painful at that moment, but as the wound heals, the horrid experience of the injury tends to become forgotten with time (unless it was traumatic, in which case it would have been accompanied by and would be classified as an emotional pain).

So yup, I'd take physical pain any time.

I'd rather take physical pain. Emotional pain can hurt a lot longer and worse than any physical. I know for a fact. I've had plenty of both in my life.

Physical pain all the way. Emotional scars can haunt you for the rest of your life. And besides you can always take pain killers. haha.

Physical pain; it's easier to handle. That, and you don't run much risk of committing suicide. Emotional pain just makes you hate yourself and that really SUCKS because no one likes you more than you like yourself. Self-centered world. =D
