could be a lot of things but sounds like a pantry pest.
Maybe a black carpet beetle generally associated with stored pest products.
could be a drug store beetle usually associated with bad spices.
Either way source has to found and eliminated, Once you found the source then you'll need to treat for that particular insect.

ohh I think I know which bugs you talking about ohh eww I've seen them in my house too I wonder what are they and no they are not roaches but Raid sure has helped me kill them!
