How do people forge College Transcripts? Isn't it all sealed, stamped, and signed? Why would anyone want to do this? And how would it be done?

I think the problem is that employers often don't know enough about transcripts. Transcripts should be sent directly from the school to the employer not be brought in by the potential employee. But if the employer doesn't realize that, s/he could be vulnerable to fraud.

Yes they do it. It is sealed but you could seal it yourself. To make themselves look better. You would have to be a forger

Although it is possible, it obviously can be easily detected with a simple phone call to that institution.
