I'm looking for a queen-sized iron bed with headboard and footboard. Don't like any of the new ones in the furniture stores and have looked at flea markets, etc. Have found lots of full-sized beds but no queen sized with footboards. Any suggestions? I'm in Eastern Ky.

You are probably going to have to get adaptor plates to hold the head and foot boards to a queen sized bed frame or spend a lot of money. Most queen and king beds do not have footboard and the frames sold do not even extend to the end of the mattress, much less beyond.

I dint believe that queen-sized frames in the era of iron bed frames. you would probably have to get a replica.
