from best to worst: Berkeley, LA, Riverside, Santa Barbara, Davis, Irvine, Santa Cruz, Merced, San Diego... and any other one if I left it out. Also, if you go to a UC or have gone, did you like it there or do you sometimes wish you went somewhere else? 10 points to best answer with the most insight.

I'm class of '07 at Davis. It's a pretty nice school and a nice town. Theres a good mix of social life and student life, not like the others where it's either all party or all study...My first choice when I applied from high school was SD, but I didn't get in. I probably still would have gone to Davis. Davis' biology is pretty good and UCD bio grads are highly sought after from companies in the neighboring area. Most of my friends are under contract now with big name companies such as Boston Scientific or Genentech. Also, higher education such as UoP/s pharm school tend to accept more UCD students (this is according to my friends and acquaintances who have all gone through pharmacy school)
