I'm not trying to help anyone become a criminal and I'm not saying I'm one but you gain experience which develops into something like that...you recognize files and how to manipulate them so theres really no certain official way of becoming one or tips really...it varies and depends on how much experience and the kind of opportunity that rises.

Hackers are necessarily criminals. I found a site with some information about hacking. However, you could always just bruteforce it.
