I thought I was using one but for all the good it did me I could have stuck it up my . . .just kidding with you! I bought a bottle of Colon Cleanse capsules and I did not see the amazing results or anything like that. If you want a to do a cleansing I would suggest one of those juice and water diets. If you are trying to get rid of toxins and metals and all of that you should probably go with the Japanese detox foot pads. Get the originals, Takahara, I believe. This is the hottest item in health right now. The results are truly shocking and amazing. Best of luck to you!! Amazon.com has a good deal on the foot pads.

It depends on your reason for using one. And yes, they work. You can buy the ones in the stores, which work in varying degrees, and you can also try natural alternatives. Since you know where you can find the store bought ones, i will give you information on the natural ones. Everyone knows that Prunes are a great way to do that... but not everyone can handle the taste or consistency of them. Another alternative is something called "Psyllium husks" it is also what is used in alot of the store brands.. like Metamucil, etc. I'm including a link below where you can buy it online.. or you can check your local health food store, they should carry it. You simply mix a teaspoon, to a tablespoon of it in a glass of milk or juice. It has other benefits as well... such as maintaining healthy cholesterol levels, plus it sweeps toxins from the body. Hope this helps......

In order to have my colonoscopy, I had to drink a gallon of this salty liquid the night before I went in. Yes, it works.....trust me who has had these things done for 14 years. It's really hard to get it down, but I found that if I use a straw and plug my nose, it's a lot better. After it's all over with, you feel like you've lost 5 pounds!
Good Luck to you!

I would not advise it unless your doctor told you do use one, they are not natural.
