Okay I am 13 and I wear 39 almost to 40 c.
is that normal for my age?

Yes it's normal, at the same age I was 36 D and I thought that I was a freak then but everyone develops differently. Sometimes it depends on body type, weight, and height; but there is no normal size at your age. I learned at your age that everyone is concerned about their body, even though some are not as apparent, but we'll eventually grow into it.

When I was your age I was barely able to fit a training bra, now I'm a 36 D. It really depends on your body type, you may not grow any further. What it may also depend on is your height and weight (ex: if your a heavier set you will have larger breast)

Yes, size and body shape varies from person to person. That is perfectly healthy. Don't worry about being too large at your age, you could just simply be an early developer.

Its a bit big for your age. But it is normal for YOU.
I was big as a teen myself.
Go get professionally sized (Nordstroms, JCPenney, Sears, NOT victoria secret) as 80% of us are in the wrong size bra.

but breast come in differnt sizes
