Neither. Have had both; well-cared-for by me but constant repairs. Consider a Japanese make...much better for repairs. My last 5 vehicles have been Japanese with outstanding repair histories. Very reliable. I'll never buy domestic again.

Ford is the best. I personally have a ford f-150, red 4 door 4x4.
She runs excellent haven't had a problem She's an 02.
I wouldn't trade her for any little sports car.
You know its crazy My husband and I were just having this discussion. He likes gmc and I like fords.
His points are gmc's are good working trucks.
Fords are just for show.

I would buy a GMC for the comfortable and quiet ride. If I wanted to haul a big load I'd buy the Ford for the stronger carrying capacity.
