The sun's current age is thought to be 4.57 Billion years old so it is only about half way through its main sequence evolution during which nuclear fusion reactions in its core fuse hydrogen into helium. Each second, more than 4 million tons of matter are converted into energy within the Sun's core, producing neutrinos and solar radiation; at this rate, the Sun will have so far converted around 100 Earth-masses of matter into energy. The Sun will spend a total of approximately 10 billion years as a main sequence star.

There is natural fuel in the sun that allows it to keep on glowing and the earth rotates, the sun doesn't go out...

it is almost like a ball spinning on a needle it keeps going..so slow...but going..

The fuel will run out in about 4 billion years, and that number while you are alive will never change. :)

The fuel was created by God many years ago when he said let there be light. He would not let the 6 days of creation all go to fail, and let the world be lightless.

So my theory is, that will be the end of this world, or he will make someone test the sun's energy and create a replica.

No one knows for sure...maybe their calculations will be wrong and it will be a miracle and go on forever.

But you shouldn't worry...All though if you do reproduce or your family does...you will have your family go through that. hmm..

Something to think about!

Nuclear Fusion.... 2 hydrogen atoms are joined to an Helium atom. The remaining portion of energy is converted into light energy and heat energy... after some years the sun become a black hole....

A fuel tank of gas and the gravity to burn it.

Kinda like a fully loaded Corvette.

One day it'll stop burning.

Shortly before that, it'll get HUGE. It'll engulf a few planets and our oceans will boil.

Needless to say, humans will be gone by then.
