if u could put the whole internet on a scale how much do u think it would weigh? *how much do u think the whole internet weighs*

That's a missing-the-point question. A similar question would be "where is the internet"? The internet refers to the relationship among all of the severs and PCs involved. It would be like weighing the relationship you have with your friends. You understand it to be something real, but whatever it is, it's not made of matter.

I'm not making fun of you. These questions are as good as any, since they lead to better understanding of something.

I'm gonna geusse and say 453 pounds! Seems bout' right! I auctually have no idea, but will ya' give me 10 points anyways?
(I auctually think it weighs nothing, unless you add up all the cables, utility men, computers and modems, then I couldn't begin to geusse!)

About 1.5 tons per transformer station. If you add in satellite
connections per transfer station about 1,000 more pounds.
(I am not counting the phone lines, your computer to access it,
or the towers it takes to connect the satelite to the internet
to connect you world wide!)

i don't think it would weigh anything. it's not cables and all, it's just data transfers through waves
