Yes, they do on the right guy. Why, I don't know. Maybe because they are made of silk and wrap around the groin really well.

I don't personally think so; I don't think the baggy look suits most guys, especially when the band isn't up around the waist (no one wants to see your boxers, mate). Plus the presence of those shorts tends to mean the guy is sweaty... which is not necessarily a bad thing but could be.

They are far too big and baggy and disguise any shape underneath. Cut out about two square metres of material and they might start looking good.
