No, Red Sox are winning too. It's just a matter of time before the Yankmees start losing again and Torre is on the hot seat.

No we are not, but HEY YANKEE FANS...you scared, because the Sox are winning as well and beating quality teams???You know, the games you all circled on the schedule and said, oh great, we have an easy schedule right now and the Sox have a tough one...so we should make some ground here. Tell the truth, you know it's hurting more to see us continue to win right along with your wins. hahaha...Score all you want. We all know pitching wins playoff games and we all know..who has the pitching...oh and with Lester and Schilling coming back, we actually have an extra starter...geez, what a predicament to be in.

Hard to be too scared with a seven and a-half game lead ... and 15 more games on the schedule with Tampa Bay.
Both teams are playing well now, and Lester's return could give Boston a real big boost. So we'll see what the latest chapter turns up. I liked the way 2004 turned out, the last time the two teams met in the playoffs.

Sox have to worry. For starters (no pun intended) they have been too hot for too long. They are due to get cold, and like Boston usually does it will be at the wrong time. Plus they have not had any legitimate injuries YET. When all is said and done, they should still make the playoffs, but so too will the Yankees, and everybody knows, as history has proven, that Boston usually ends up the losers when the play NY.

to all these people who are saying " sure, they can beat up on the royals.. who couldn't".. hmm how about the red sox. they lost 2 of 3 to the "joke of a team". oh yea and also the royals swept the cardinals previous to that series also .. talkin out of your *** .. scoering 63 runs in 5 games is unbelievable and yes they are hot. the redsox will probably screw up, as they always do.

The Yankee's aren't playing any good teams right now. Sure they can beat up on teams like the Devil Rays and Royals. How do you think they would be doing if they were playing a better team like oh lets say, the Indians. No reason to worry, let the Yankee fans get their hopes up against bad teams. They'll go back to losing when they play good teams.

as for the Red Sox goes, I still believe the Yankees WILL WIN THE A.L. EAST. Please remember the 1978 season in Boston and please remember Bucky Dent as well. So there is nothing guaranteed.
