I am planning to go camping for two nights in northern San Diego in California. How much wood will I need to get about 10 hours of fire for those two nights? Also, how much will it cost? I have heard that some gas stations sell them cheap and camp parks usually sell them also. Any help will be appreciated.

Small bundles of wood that you can buy at almost any market run $5-6, one bundle will last about 2-3 hours, depending on fire size. I think all the state parks sell bundles of wood for a cost not too different than a market.

Be aware that fire danger is very high right now; you might want to call the ranger for the campground you're going to be staying at to determine fire restrictions currently in effect.
