how often do you wash your bedsheets? and do you wash your pillowcases and comfortor with it?

There are so many dust mites and their droppings on your bedding. It is important to wash all of your bedding (in warm to hot water) to kill the bacteria. You sheets need to be washed once a week. The longest i have gone is a week and a half. I wash my pillowcases along with the sheets once a week. I seldom wash my comfortor because its very hard to wash and i must take it to the cleaners. I do this every couple of months. Make sure to wash your mattress protector at least every month or two. It is covered in dead skin as well. Good luck:)

Once a week...and I like to hang them outside in the sun, they smell and feel so great. I wash the pillowcases to. The comforter maybe evey other week.

Washing bed sheets is actually important because it gets rid of all the bacteria and germs(that can cause pimples) on your pillow and sheets. So if your worried about the dirt and germs cause pimples ,I recommend you wash then every weekend. But if you don't have the time, your should wash then every month. It depends on your life style and your preference.

I wash mine about once a week to every other week. You should wash your pillow case once a week to get oils from your hair out. Oils from your hair can cause pimples!
