If there was a medical emergency could one pull the fire alarm to get attention? Has this ever happened where one had no phone and pulled the fire alarm? How would people know not to evacuate the building but rather the alarm was for a medical emergency? If 911 was called and the alarm was pulled to get more help would you get into trouble or would the fire department know you were trying to get help if you needed assistance in giving CPR etc?

well last year in school, it was during class so one one was in the halls, there was i guess a kid who stopped breathing.. and he didnt get in trouble with the police or anything.. but he got suspended anyway for a week.. so idk..

you could just ask a cop friend (if you have one) or call the department..?

If there wasn't a fire and if 911 was already called, I'd say no.
