Even if their relationship is going well, why would a spouse cheat on the other?

Because the relationship isn't actually going well. People cheat for many reason. People cheat when they feel neglected, unappreciated or unloved. Others cheat because they are crappy people and they don't care about their partners feelings. Some cheat because they are looking for a better meal ticket.

Men cheat because they like a variety of woman and sex, and still love thier spouse/partner. Men cheating has nothing to do with their partner.
Women cheat because they lack intimacy and most likely are ready to move on to another relationship. Women, on occasion will do what men do in trying out a variety and still want to remain married but it is more common for woman to be ready to divorce when they cheat.

I dont know.. My husband did. a month a go, and thats all i know of. sure there is more. i cant sleep, its all i think about... 24/7. "just forget about it" he sez, yeah okay, its juat SO easy isnt it. doesnt feel any regret, not even alittle bit bad.. well i dont forget it. its always on my mind and i will always hate him just a little bit for someime. i do everything for him, im so good to him and then i find a letter from some ugly fat hoe. what was he thinking! (vomit) im so hurt. :-( i will not trust him for a very very, VERY long time. he sez it wont happen again, it will and i wont be around anymore. i dont know why he did it. to get laid i guess. cant be just with one person all his life. thinks with his dick and not to think, hes married to a good woman and have 3 kids. it just what guys do. lie and cheat. one more time.. no hesitation to say GOODBYE mother F*@#%r. They cheat b/c they are not happy and they are whores and have NO respect for their spouses!

the relationship may seem to be going well but there is a real lack of communication. on some level the needs of one partner, maybe both are not being met. cheating is a reflection of the lack of commitment by that partner.

I had cheated my husband because of the thrills and excitements outside my husband. Thrills and excitements in sex with another guy or to a stranger I have never known is something I can not describe to myself how really enjoyed. Sex with my husband for longer period of years is normal and tiring because of no varieties and experiment that enhances more thrills but sex with someone is really funatastic your your husband can not give.
However, I am very cautious to the guy I choose I will have sex to avoid kind of HIV or STD. There are lot of precautions to adopt.
The daily sex with my hubby is going faded and cheating him only gives me extra additional fires inside of me.
In fairness to my hubby, I am willing and never been jalouse if he will cheat on me too if his love and attention is still unchanged on me and our family.
In fact it enhances our sexual urges to stay sexuall very active.

Sadly, there is never one good answer to this question. People cheat for many reasons. In fact, I think in this age and time, it is more uncommon to find a truly faithful partner.

I think most cheat becuase they dont feel validated at home....they dont feel special anymore
