You might try watching the goldfish section in Aquabid: http://www.aquabid.com/ This is an online auction similar to Ebay, but for fish and fish-related items. Even if you don't see a fish you like on the site, you can get in touch with the seller/breeder and maybe find one that suits you more.

Uuummm.... I'd try calling local fish stores and see if they know anything about where you can get them. Or you could try and find a breeder in your area who raises them. Or try ebay >.<
