C/5 = ( F- 32 )/9 I presume that you need 375 deg. F with a centigrade knob. You should set 190 degrees.
F-32 is 343. 343/9 =38 (approx.)
C/5 = 38 So, 38 x 5 = 190

Is it clear? Regards,

375 is how far above 32?
375 - 32 is 343 above 32.
Okay, so 343 above 0 C, but in C 343 is a smaller number. 343 * 5/9
(343 * 5) / 9 = 190.555556 says google.
So 190.55 centigrade or Celcius is
375 Farenheit.
